About Us

Fadhel Belaiba studied industrial engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) at the University of Cologne, Germany, graduating in 2000. He began his professional career in Germany, specializing in international business development, marketing, project management and sales across European markets. After several years in the IT sector, he transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry in 2007, where he has since supported both innovative and generic pharmaceutical companies. His work focuses on delivering engineering expertise, advanced technologies and specialized machinery for the development, processing and manufacturing of customized pharmaceutical products across a broad range of dosage forms and therapeutic areas. In 2016, while establishing a North African subsidiary for a German machinery manufacturer, Mr. Belaiba expanded his activities throughout the MENA region. Since then, he has played a key role in the successful execution of numerous pharmaceutical projects, earning recognition for building long-term strategic partnerships and delivering tailored technological solutions to the local pharmaceutical industries. His approach combines strong technical expertise, state-of-the-art technologies and machines, innovative products, clear communication and deep intercultural understanding. In 2020, Fadhel Belaiba founded BEST Innovation, inspired by his vision: "A Vision for your Health".
